P.S- The auditorium will be available only for lectures or talks.
Freshers' parties, cultural events, and similar activities will not be permitted.

Auditorium - Booking and Payment Terms:

Half Day (less than 5 hours):Rs. 5000.00
Full Day (more than 5 hours):Rs. 10000.00

Policies and Regulations:

1. Food and Beverages:
- No eatables are allowed inside the auditorium.
- Refreshments may be provided in the lobby outside the entrance, near the counter next to the staircase.
2. Technical Setup:
- Ensure proper setup of audio and visual equipment using instructional videos provided:
- Screening and Laptop Setup
- Wireless Mic Setup
- Contact Staff for support with setup.
- Staff: Mr. Sachin Waghmare (Mob: 9702787816) can assist with basic setup but is not a sound professional (case-by-case basis with daily charges).
 For advanced audio setup, Mr. Sajjal (Mob: 9869472354) is available on a case-by-case basis with daily charges.
