Many Industries, Firms and Organizations come to IIT to recruit fresh students from IDC. IDCians are much in demand and it is quite common to get several job offers before the students complete the course.

Nine representatives from Shenzhen City belonging to academia, business and government visited IDC on 19th Dec 2014 to discuss further academic and business collaborations. They also extended warm invitation for International Cultural Industries Fair (http://en.cnci.gov.cn/) to be held in May 2015.
