International Recognition: Student Project Wins Asia Digital Art Award Finalists' Award

We are thrilled to announce that the project "if (smile) { capture(); }" created by exchange student Rintaro Fujita has been selected for a prestigious Finalists' Award in the Student Category / Interactive Arts at the 2025 Asia Digital Art Award FUKUOKA (ADAA).

Rintaro completed this award-winning project last year under the mentorship of Prof. Sugandh Malhotra. The work is a brilliant example of exploring the intersection of design, interaction, and emotion.

This international recognition underscores the quality and innovation of the research and design conducted within our program.
