IDC School of Design has offered the Monsoon Course on HCI since the year 2000. In our 25th year of this course (i.e. from 2025), IDC is expanding this course into a much larger programme called ePostgraduate Diploma in Interaction Design (ePGD IxD). Working professionals can accumulate academic credits by passing a set of prescribed courses related to interaction design. Once your credits add up to 36 or more, you can claim an ePostgraduate Diploma in Interaction Design from IIT Bombay.
One big change is that the Monsoon Course on HCI will now be offered as Design of Interactive Products. It will earn 12 credits towards ePGD IxD and is now open for registration.
