Packaging for Indian Fast Food

Project focused on packaging of Udupi food for home delivery. This project aimed at studying the various levels of operation of a fast food industry - preparation of food, manufacturing of packaging, sales, distribution, delivery, consumption, user expectations.

Final package deals with issues like identity of food, value addition, and experience of eating, ease of use, retaining quality of food, hygiene, and cultural tradition of eco-friendly packaging were addressed.
