Information kiosks provide vital information on roads, landmarks and other facilities to locals as well as tourists. The aim of this project was to design an Information Kiosk for Bangalore, a city that has today moved towards technology, while retaining its historical and colonial heritage. The final concept was one that complemented the city’s modern urbanscape. The letter ‘I’ for information has been used as an abstraction on the side panels. The rear side of the kiosk provides ample advertising space. |
