Guide: Prof. Phani Tetali
The short animation film project relates how rumours spread among people and impact their lives. Rumours are the reflection of society’s desires, fears and fantasies, and strongly dependent upon people's beliefs. My attempt in this project was to explore character animation, expressions, and to portray a serious story in a humorous manner. A person encounters a strange little beast in a jungle. He tells his fellows about the incident. Now the story starts being circulated and people keep on making their own version of it by adding some more information about the beast on their own. The size of the beast keeps on increasing in the story and sets in motion an interesting chain of events. |
