Atul Manohar
Shilpi Kumar
Shilpi Kumar has over 15 years of professional experience as a Design Strategist, User Experience Researcher, and Design Educator. She is the founder of Khoj Lab, a women-led global innovation consultancy whose mission is to help business leaders define innovation strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Before founding Khoj Lab, Shilpi was part of in-house corporate innovation teams amid massive transformations at GE and Herman Miller. She is currently building a team of multi-cultural, multi-lingual innovation experts who together speak six languages- English, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, and Spanish and operate from offices in the USA, India, and the UAE.
Abhijith K R
Abhijith manufactures text and images from KL11 in Kozhikode. He studied graphic design at NID-Ahmedabad and worked on books and brand identities with Codesign (Gurgaon) before heading home to set up KL11—a cross-disciplinary design practice—with friends. At IDC, he studied interaction design from 2015 to 2017 and cherishes those two years of books, conversations and late-nighters-in-the-studios for all the clarity they helped bring to his fledgling design enterprise. These days, as one-third of KL11, Abhijith helps create hardworking identities for honest brands from technology, hospitality, education and entertainment domains. He delights in teaching typography and commuting by bicycle.
Pramod Khambete
Pramod completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and did his M.Des in Product Design from 1981-1983. After 30 years of experience, half of which was in core engineering industry and the other half in the IT industry, Pramod returned to IDC in 2008 to do his Ph.D which he successfully completed in 2012. Since then he has been an independent Service Design and User Experience Design consultant based in Pune. He has also been an adjunct Professor at IDC. He is actively involved in bringing service experience design interventions to NGOs working in the areas of healthcare and education.
