Studio Projects give an opportunity to B.Tech students to work on hands-on-projects at IDC. It is suggested that students visit the IDC website to understand the research interests of faculty members at IDC and follow this up by an email to the concerned faculty for an appointment to discuss possible projects. Alternately students may write to some faculty member with their project idea and choose a project topic after discussing this with the faculty.
It is expected that students take initiatives in pursuing the chosen project as the studio projects, typically have no lecture component and learning is expected through experimental and experiential approaches.
After finalizing a project, students need to register using the prescribed
Registration Form available at IDC office or you can download here; get it signed by the IDC
faculty guiding the project and submit it to the IDC office.
